Our store/studio will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday from Thursday (Nov 25th) thru Monday (Nov 29th).

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday (Nov 30th).

From our family to yours...

As most of you who have met us or worked with us for your event stationery know, DBY Invitations is a family owned business, and we are so proud to be able to be a part of your family even for a short time while creating the perfect expression of your special events!

At this time, one of our family is battling. Jackie - DBY's Production Manager and the 'mom' of this family team has had to take a medical leave. In order to care for our family, and also to satisfy our clients, we are temporarily reducing the open studio hours until she can get back up on her feet.

Kasey will running the shop and studio during core open hours from Tuesday to Saturday between Noon and 5pm. As always, DBY will also be available other days/times by appointment.

Lastly - we are still available 24 hours a day via email at our email address Info@DesignedByYouInvitations.com and will be checking our voice mail messages regularly during the times we are not in the studio. Feel free to call us at 847-755-0861.

DbY Custom Invitations now offers boxed invitations and fabric covered pockets for the discerning bride. Visit our studio to see the beautiful samples of thai silk covered boxes, satin silk pouches, and amazing buckles and broaches.

CLOSED SUNDAYS BEGINNING JUNE 20TH

Beginning Sunday, June 20th, (Father's Day), our studio will be open by "appointment only" on Sundays.

Our hours will be Monday thru Saturday from 10 am til 7 pm.

The new 64-cent Butterfly stamp was dedicated May 17th in conjunction with the Greeting Card Association at the National Stationery Show.

The new stamp is designed to be used on cards that have an irregular shape that require additional postage. The first stamp design in the new series features one of the most recognizable butterflies in North America, the monarch.

MEMORIAL DAY - STUDIO CLOSED

Our store/studio will be closed on Monday, May 31st for MEMORIAL DAY. We will be open Sunday regular hours from noon to 5 and re-open on Tuesday regular hours 10 to 7 pm.

We're off to Manhattan!

Our studio will be closed from May 15th thru May 19th. We are off to New York to attend the Annual National Stationery Show to see what's new and exciting in the bridal world. We also are anxious to see what kind of printable invitations we can bring back to our store for those of you looking for unique bridal and baby shower invitations you can do yourself.

Our Regular hours will resume on Thursday May 20th (10 to 7 pm).

Our studio/store in Schaumburg will be closed this Sunday while we exhibit at the Bridal Expo Chicago.

We will be showing samples of our work at the DoubleTree Hotel in Oakbrook. The Expo is from noon to 4 pm. Please stop by our table if you have any questions.

PINK SCOR-IT

The new PINK SCOR-IT should be available by the middle March! This is the best tool for professional scores on heavy cardstock. Have you ever scored a cardstock and when you folded it, it cracked at the fold? Well, this won't happen when you use the SCOR-IT board. For those of you making wedding invitations programs, or escort/seating cards - this tool is a must!
